Where is my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) in process or 2) shipped. It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service.
To view the details of a particular order, select "My Account" from the navigation bar above (if you have not done so already, you will be prompted to sign-in before accessing you account). Next, select the heading "Order History". Select the order you would like to view and the order details page will appear.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, containing your tracking information. You may also contact Customer Service for assistance tracking your order. Be sure to have the order number ready or you may click the tracking links available under order history.
Where do you ship?
Speed Moto Company ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada. Shipments are made through the USPS. Charges are calculated at checkout.
How do I find an item on your site?
You can search for items on SpeedMotoCo.com in the following ways:
By category, listed in the left toolbar ("Brakes", "Clutch", "Gaskets", etc.)
By entering a keyword in the "Search" box found on the upper toolbar. This will take you directly to any specific product information page.
How do I modify my order?
Last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service. You may determine whether or not an order has been shipped by checking your Order Status & History.
